A user account for user name “pconsole” is created when sysmgt.pconsole.rte is installed. This user id is the owner of the installed files, the SRC subsystem for the console and the console runtime process.
So work much the same as httpd user other than root to start
On your system run
ps -ef |grep -i pconsole
if it is running you can use the following to log in to pconsole
