Question HP-UX 11.11 warning error

I have screen erron with HP-UX warning:select failed error code 9

Where is this error appearing in the system log? On your screen when you run some code?

While you install OS HPUX shows this error or after installing. This problem is may be IRQ problem. Change your IRQ manually.
