i think he tryin' to get rid of askin' passwds at all
THIS must be specified on sudo configuration file, to edit one you for sure need root access on that pc's, but also will be wrong if you run for example nfs sharing this sudo conf file.
But as i still lame better believe the MANUALS than me.
