You are losing a disk/lun. The SAN (it looks like) "disk" label is corrupt.

I don't have a perfect solution. IF you do not have good backups of the disk, do not think of doing this:

Enter the command format -e
Select the number of the device with the problem
It will ask if you want to label it, say Y.
Provide a disk label string.

You may or may not be able to re-use the disk after a reboot at this point.

This is very unusual with SAN technology. Check with your storage support vendor.

NAME

       cvcredir - virtual console redirection driver

DESCRIPTION

       The  cvcredir  virtual console redirection driver is a STREAMS-based pseudo driver that supports the network console provided on some plat-
       forms. The cvcredir driver interfaces with the virtual console driver cvc(7D), and the  virtual console	daemon,  cvcd(1M).

       The  cvcredir driver receives console output from cvc and passes it to  cvcd. It receives console input from  cvcd and passes it to  cvc.
