The reply from filosophizer is not totally correct. The “route add” commando will not be reactivated after a reboot. This because “route add” is not updating the ODM

I would suggest the following:

Log-on to the console of the machine.
#Flush ALL routes from ODM
smitty fshrttbl
--> Put all options to "yes"

smitty mktcpip
--> Select correct interface
--> Input/Select all the correct information

Now all should be correct again.
