Installed memory ≠ usable size?

I was configuring my BIOS after installing 2 GB of RAM, and I saw this:

Code:
System memory
Installed size : 4096MB
Usable size : 3584MB

I have a 64-bit OS (Ubuntu 9.04 64-bit), so does that mean the motherboard (ASUS M3A78-T) doesn't support more than 4 GB of addressing?
