Okay buddy, It appears dual boot is what you prefer.
First, CDE is Common Desktop Environment (i.e) In simple words, a GUI which allows you to login with your username and password.

Would help you on this I believe. Also, it deals with windows, Linux and solaris on same system. Ignore whichever is not required for you.
