Using awk like this may help point you in the right direction:

serialnum=`awk -F"," '/W394830PR/{print $1}' file`
account=`awk -F"," '/W394830PR/{print $2}' file`
ipaddress=`awk -F"," '/W394830PR/{print $3}' file`
