Try this:

ls -1 iq*.bin | awk '{print "mv "$0" "$1"_"$5"_"$7"_"$9}'

If the command is correct, pipe the result to sh:

ls -1 iq*.bin | awk '{print "mv "$0" "$1"_"$5"_"$7"_"$9}' | sh
