Question Problems installing a program through Terminal in Mac OS X

Hey all..

I have a problem with the BitTorrent client called Deluge. (Deluge BitTorrent Client). Followed the guide on their homepage, but can't get it to work.
First of all I have installed Xcode Tools 3.0 and MacPorts. I did the "sudo port install deluge" command, and all packages seemed to download and install as they should. The only problem is when it comes to the program package itself. It get this error:

Code:
x1-6-00-1b-63-31-e7-88:~ sixtenthestrup$ export PATH=$PATH:/opt/local/bin
x1-6-00-1b-63-31-e7-88:~ sixtenthestrup$ export MANPATH=$MANPATH:/opt/local/share/man
x1-6-00-1b-63-31-e7-88:~ sixtenthestrup$ export INFOPATH=$INFOPATH:/opt/local/share/info
x1-6-00-1b-63-31-e7-88:~ sixtenthestrup$ sudo port install deluge
Password:

It seems to me like I don't have gcc 4.0 installed, but I don't understand that as it's pre-installed with Xcode Tools 3.0. I have tried to reinstall Xcode Tools, but still with the same error.
I have tried to post the question in the Deluge forums, but no answer.
I thought maybe one of you guys out there know how to do?
Deluge has been my primary BitTorrent client for a long time, but after I formatted my MacBook, it comes up with this error.
Hope someone can help me!

Greetings
Sixmax
