Contact your IBM service representative, they usually can provide a replacement CD set. You could also try IBMs Fix Central site, which you can find here:
https://www14.software.ibm.com/webap...ixes/home.html but this would require you to install ML 11 if you are not there already. (Installing ML 11 and the Post-ML11-fixes would be recommended anyways.)
If anything else fails you can open a software call at IBM and they will send you a new set of CDs. This will probably take some days.
