sort csv file
hi guys.
i am quite new to shell scripting. and i've been practicing coding
in a CSV (comma separated value) file is it possible to sort a specific block?
what do i do if i want to sort these contacts by their birthdays in ascending order (Jan. to Dec.)? And i want only to display their name and birthday?
Here is the file

I am using a cat command to join them, but how can i sort before appending all the files as one big file,

SYNOPSIS
mongoexport [OPTIONS]

mongoexport is a tool to export a MongoDB collection to either JSON or CSV. The query can be filtered or a list of fields to output can be

If the output is CSV, the fields must be specified in order.
