Will a V245 run solaris8?
I know that the product information states it will run solaris 9 and 10.
Unfortunately I have application software that uses openwin on Solaris 8.
Before spending the time to change everything to motif or re-write for CDE or Gnome, I wanted to see if the product info was just geared to trying to make customers go to solaris10.
Any information would be appreciated.

ps: I had run Solaris 8 on the V125 and it was fine and both systems have the same architecture.
I downloaded both data sheets from the sun website and didn't see anything in particular that I thought would stop Solaris 8 from running on a V245.
