My file looks like as mentioned below:

Could you pls tell me, how to sort this file to get the output as mentioned below:
1ABC123456 Mr John
2ABC123456 FSAVC
2ABC123456 Prudence Bond
1BDS565656 Miss Gail
2BDS565656 Distribution Bond
2BDS565656 Managed Bond
2BDS565656 Personal Pension
1XYZ987654 Mrs Jane
2XYZ987654 Life Assurance

that means sorting based upon 2nd to 10th characters(assume it is one field) and then sorting based upon first character/number. This 2nd to 10 th characters is one filed and there is no delimiter between 1st and 2nd character.

Pls help me to sort out my file as per requirement ASAP. Thanks in advance.
