Hi,
I want to know which command will list only maintenance level of Aix Operating system For Example: 5.3.1.7 in this example which is maintenance level of OS. |

oslevel -r to give the highest installed maintenance level
oslevel -rq to give the known recommended ML. Try man oslevel. |

Just want to add some more to this
On the new verions of AIX you can also use the following When you do upgrades and the level is not changing This will show you wat you still need oslevel -rl 5300-06 ( this is the target level ) To show you Service Packs level's as well oslevel -s |
