I have moved this to the off-topic forum since it is not a Unix question. I'm not sure if any of us can answer your question though. I know that ssn = social security number, but I don't know what e2 visa means.

I was 16 when I learned to spell my name. I showed my mom my new driver's licence. She said, "They spelled your name wrong." I said, "Huh?". My middle name is Stephen on my birth certificate, but I have always spelled it Steven. When i got my ssn, the form asked me for my name and also any other names I use. I put both versions on the form. I assume they still ask for multiple names, but I don't know for sure.
