Hi,

I don't know what exact means by layout. The format of the dflt in windows is something like the following format which is a text file.
//////////////////////////////////////////////
printer "dflt"

height 66
width 80

after page control(L)

return ""
linefeed control(J)
///////////////////////////////////////////////
