It seems to do at Windows some operations using Unix syntax, am I right? Creating files compatible with Windows, not with Unix.

So if compiling, it would create executables for Windows, right?

If it is, then it's not exactly what I meant. I need to perform steps in the Unix account, however I need to run them from Windows. Can cygwin do it?
