linux install

I just recently installed Redhat linux 7.3 on an old machine and had a question. I had some problems installing and traced them to my sound card. Not wanting to waste time, I selected the smallest download possible (without doing a custom install). I didn't install any of the four optional packages (GNOME, etc.). Now that I finally was able to install, how do I go back and install the GNOME packages and the other optional packages like the games, etc.? Can I do this without having to reinstall the rest of the OS?

Thanks in advance,

Russell
